The Daymaniyat Islands are Oman's most celebrated diving destination and one of the finest scuba diving spots in the entire Arabian Peninsula. Declared a protected nature reserve by royal decree in 1996, the Daymaniyat Islands Nature Reserve shelters thriving coral reefs, over 350 species of marine life, sea turtles, reef sharks, rays, and a rich underwater ecosystem that few places in the Middle East can rival.
Our Daymaniyat Islands scuba diving tour departs from Seeb Marina in Muscat at 8:30 AM, bringing you into the heart of this pristine reserve for an unforgettable morning beneath the surface. Visibility in these protected waters regularly exceeds 15–20 metres, making every dive vivid, colourful, and full of life.
Whether you are an experienced diver with a full logbook or someone who has never worn a tank before, this tour is made for you. Certified divers enjoy two full dives at the reserve's best sites. First-time divers get one fully guided dive with a professional instructor right beside them the entire time no prior experience needed.
All scuba diving equipment is provided. Small group sizes keep the experience personal. And from November to April, a beach stop on the islands lets you enjoy the natural beauty above the waterline too. Daymaniyat Islands diving is one of the most memorable things you can do in Oman — and we make it simple to access from anywhere in Muscat.
