Booking terms
These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when you enquire about, reserve, pay for or participate in a tour, boat trip, snorkelling experience, diving activity, camping trip or other service supplied by Daymaniyat Tours.
Agreement overview
These terms apply to enquiries, quotations, reservations, payments and participation in services supplied by Daymaniyat Tours. They should be read together with the specific trip description and written booking confirmation.
The booking agreement is between Daymaniyat Tours and the person making the reservation. It also applies, where relevant, to every guest included in that reservation.
References to “you”, “your”, “customer”, “guest” or “participant” include the booking organiser and the participants covered by the booking.
An enquiry, availability response or quotation does not by itself create a confirmed reservation.
A booking is normally confirmed after the required deposit has been received and Daymaniyat Tours has issued written confirmation by email, WhatsApp or another agreed communication channel.
A person making a reservation for a family, company, private group or other participants confirms that they are authorised to organise the booking.
The organiser is responsible for providing accurate guest information and sharing the relevant trip details, safety requirements, payment conditions and cancellation terms with every participant.
