Booking, Payment and Cancellation Policy

Guest Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a refund equal to 50% of the total booking amount, minus a 5% payment-processing fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure, for any reason, are non-refundable.
Guests who do not arrive at the meeting point on time or fail to attend the trip for a personal reason are treated as no-shows. No-shows are strictly non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Weather or Company Cancellation Before Departure
Camping trips operate only when weather and sea conditions are considered safe.
If Daymaniyat Tours cancels the entire trip before departure because of unsafe weather, sea conditions or another operational restriction, guests will receive a full refund with no deductions or processing fees.
Unsafe Conditions After Departure
If weather or sea conditions become unsafe after the trip has started, guests will be returned safely to Seeb Marina.
Any refund will be assessed according to the activities, meals and services already provided before the trip was shortened. Once the refund amount has been confirmed, it will normally be processed within 5–7 working days.
Changes to snorkelling locations, the activity order, campsite arrangements or the itinerary do not count as a cancellation when the trip can still operate safely.
Camping Season and Reserve Regulations
Overnight camping at the Daymaniyat Islands is available only during the permitted camping season, from 1 November to 30 April.
From 1 May to 31 October, overnight camping and island stays are not permitted under the reserve’s seasonal regulations. During this period, Daymaniyat Tours may continue operating suitable boat and snorkelling trips, but camping is unavailable.
